The International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) is very pleased to announce that we have signed a contract with the Rasson Billiards MFG from China to be the official table sponsor of the IBSF World Championships for the next three years.
World Underage Snooker Championship 2022
The IBSF Executives announce the World Underage Snooker Championships 2022 for the Under-16, Under-18 Men and the Under-21 Men & Women categories from 14th August till 27th August 2022 at Bucharest, Romania. These championships are being hosted by the Federatia Romana de Snooker (FRS).

Wendy Jans Wins Her 8th World Title; Florian Claims His Maiden World Championship Title
Wendy Jans from Belgium has won the 8th World Women’s Snooker title of her career here in Doha, Qatar. In the final today, she defeated Thailand player Nutcharat Wongharuthai 4-1 in the best of seven frames match to regain the title that she lost in 2018. Wendy holds a record of winning 6 world titles in a row and also the highest number of World titles are in her name, which is now eight.
IBSF World Snooker Championships 2021
The IBSF Executives have approved the revised dates for the 2021 IBSF World Snooker Championships (Women, Men & Men Under-21) from 1st March till 11th March 2022 at Doha, Qatar. The Championships are being hosted by Qatar Billiards and Snooker Federation (QBSF).
Pankaj Conquers Qatar 6Reds World Cup 2021
Indian player Pankaj Advani has conquered back-to-back two major International championships. Last Thursday he won the Asian Snooker Championship and just after five days he stayed unbeaten in the Qatar 6Reds World Cup 2021 and lifted the coveted trophy with the winners’ prize of 12000 USD.

The Annual General Meeting of the IBSF was held on 17th September 2021 where the AGM elected new executives for the IBSF board.

Reigning World Champion Nutcharat Wongharuthai of Thailand wins the Inaugural World Women Snooker 6Red Cup 2020. In the final, she defeated German player Diana Stateczny 5-3 and claimed the title for this high prize money event.
